Conversational, playful, and witty: that’s Michelle Fay on the air, and it comes naturally. She’s been singing her whole life, acted for years, and spent college doing improv, so storytelling is second nature. Her radio career began in 2011 with a two-year unpaid internship after college, which she juggled with several jobs just to learn the ropes. In 2014 she joined iHeartMedia as a producer who filled in on weekend shifts, and she said yes to every chance until she was on the air full-time. She’s since hosted afternoon drive, mornings, middays, nights, and overnights across Top 40, hot AC, rhythmic, classic rock, and Spanish-language formats, and she does voiceover for a variety of iHeart stations. For a Miami kid, landing middays on the station she grew up with was huge. So was serving as the announcer voice at the iHeartRadio Summer Pool Party and presenting at iHeartRadio Jingle Ball for years.

Off the air, Michelle runs a monthly book club with her girlfriends, loves to read, cook, and travel, and is always up for a new restaurant or a new adventure with her family. She and her husband, Darian, have two kids, plus a golden retriever named Harley, and she’s a supporter of the Humane Society. Her playlist has room for Elton John, Dave Matthews Band, Sara Bareilles, Bad Bunny, and Dan + Shay. Her first concert was O-Town, “Mr. Jones” by Counting Crows is a permanent no-skip, and her day doesn’t start without cold brew.
